Disclosure under the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions
The following is disclosed in respect of the sale of paid plans (subscriptions), as required by the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

- Price
- The amount shown on the plan screen in the app and on the App Store purchase screen (consumption tax included).
- Costs other than the price
- Any communication charges needed to use the Service are borne by the customer.
- Means of payment
- Payment through the App Store, using the payment method registered with your Apple Account.
- Time of payment
- Charged when the purchase is completed. After that, the next month is charged automatically within the 24 hours before each period ends.
- Contract period
- One month. Unless you cancel, it renews automatically for the same period at the same price (a continuing contract with no fixed end). There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- Time of provision
- Available immediately once payment is complete.
- Returns and cancellation
- As this is a digital service that begins as soon as payment is complete, we do not as a rule accept withdrawal of an order or give refunds after purchase. Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple, following Apple’s own procedure and decision. If you cancel partway through a period, the rest of that period is not refunded pro rata. For a subscription, cancelling at least 24 hours before the next renewal date means no further charge is made.
- How to cancel
- From the “Settings” app on your iPhone or iPad, by tapping your name at the top, then “Subscriptions”. To stop the next charge, the cancellation needs to be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date. After cancelling, the plan remains usable until the end of the period already paid for.
- Changing plans
- You can switch between “Basic” and “Plus” on the plan screen in the app. A switch to “Plus” takes effect immediately, and Apple refunds the unused part of the previous plan pro rata. A switch to “Basic” takes effect from the next renewal date.
- System requirements
- An iPhone running iOS 18.0 or later, or an iPad running iPadOS 18.0 or later. An internet connection is required.
- Other conditions
- As set out in the Terms of Service, the Service is only for people aged 18 or over. Paid plans are not available through Family Sharing.
On disclosure of the name, address and telephone number
Under the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, the seller's name, address and telephone number are disclosed by email, without delay, upon request. Please write to the email address above and say that you would like them disclosed. We reply within 5 business days as a rule.
